If you have more than one nest at the same property, additional nests can be treated during the same visit for £35 per nest — whether declared in advance or identified on the day.
Additional nests can be paid for securely on-site by card or via payment link.

Properties with multiple nests
Many larger homes have more than one nest. Where possible, we'll treat multiple nests during the same visit.
Multiple nests at a single property are treated as one job. Pricing is based on the number of nests treated during that visit — nest count affects price, not daily capacity.
Refund & call-out policy
Access not available on arrival
If we attend the property but are unable to access the nest — due to no one being present, locked gates or outbuildings, unsecured pets, or unprepared access — no refund is provided. The visit is treated as a completed call-out, as time and travel have been incurred.
Inactive or no longer active nests
If the nest is confirmed to be inactive on arrival, a call-out and inspection fee applies and the remaining balance is refunded. If treatment is still requested and applied, the visit is charged as normal.
Bee nests (not wasps)
If a reported wasp nest is identified on-site as a bee nest, no treatment will be carried out — bees are protected. A call-out and consultation fee applies and the remaining balance is refunded. We'll provide guidance on appropriate next steps.
Nests that cannot be reached safely
If we reasonably believed the nest was reachable based on information provided at booking, and it turns out not to be, no charge applies and any payment is refunded in full. If the nest was described as reachable but is not — for example, incorrect height, unsafe roof access, or unstable structures — the visit is treated as a call-out and no refund is provided.
All bookings are subject to location, access, and safety review. We will always explain the situation clearly on-site before taking any action. Accurate descriptions and photos at booking help avoid delays or additional charges.
